How can I continue to complete a pending offer that I accepted?

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I was out of town at the time this offer came through so I was not at my home
phone to answer the call. We are home now - I did go into my account and
change the phone number to a cell phone. We can be reached at either number
now. Please let me know how I should proceed with this. Thanks!
