Not any worse than any other car. Use Mobil One extended service oil for the longest engine life.

I would look into the Pre-Cat coming off of the exhaust manifold. I have seen them disintegrate and get sucked back into the motor. This requires you have to replace the motor either spend the money on that now or replace a motor. I would recommend changing it at 70k ish

since your car is at 115000 I would consider changing it other than that just keeping up with regular maintenance like any other car should keep it going for a long time.
