Car not turning over

Change the alternator and three coils on
my 2005 Nissan Maxima now it won't turn
over most of the time dash lights are
acting all weird and it acts to me like the
immobilizer system triggered or
something

It may stem from not using a memory saver when you disconnected the batt. I think you need a technician , tow it to a good shop or dealership you can trust hopefully it only needs a re boot of some kind .
