Dead 2019 Dodge Journey - No ETA on repair
The radio died, and apparently it controls most of the electronics on the car,
so the battery dies constantly. It has been at the dealer for more than two
months waiting for a new radio. Chrysler and UConnect can't find the correct
radio and have no idea when one will arrive. So I have a brand new
undriveable car. Does anyone have any idea how to get these people off
their butts to locate the part? Are there other sources I should contact?
