Do you have to drop the tank? or is there a opening somewheres like under a back seat
that will make it easy to get to?

I am not seeing anything about an access panel for it. Might try feeling around on carpet right above tank. Might get lucky and feel one under the carpet. But everything I see says tank removal to replace.
