Nissan Sentra 2005 SE-R V , the engine fan raises after i start

I noticed today , when i started the engine , there is sound of fan near the bumper which raises initailly and then slows down..Is this a problem or it is common in the cars ?

It's the radiator fan. Its function is to get fresh air to the radiator to cool down the engine when car is not moving or not enough to get fresh air. It is just normal.
