2019 Nissan Kicks Slow Acceleration. What is the fix?

A 2019 Nissan Kicks with 25,000 kms that does not accelerate when merging into traffic from an on ramp, stop sign or yield sign. Its had this problem since new.

You should have had the dealer look at it when it was under warranty. Is this a matter of the car being gutless or is it the transmission?
