Violent shaking in Drive

Recently my titan has been experiencing a problem while driving in the D gear so 5th.  when ever I drive in 5th the truck starts shaking violently but it only happens in 5th does not matter what the speed stopped or highway speeds.  if I drive in 4th or lower it runs fine just RPM's shoot up and eat even more fuel.
