Question type: Car Customization

I'm on tight budget and want to install a high flow
exhaust that depletes catalytic converters...can
someone recommend  a decent system? And will I
need a custom tune once.exhaust is installed?

If you are on a tight budget save your money and don't do it. If you remove the converters you might gain just a few HP, but you will need a tuner and a tune. If you live in an area that does vehicle inspection (smog) it won't pass. I would consider a cat back system from on of the major manufacturers like Borla, Magnaflow, etc. Go to www.carid.com and enter your vehicle information. A good cat back system will run around $1,000+. You likely might still need a tune, especially if you do a cold air intake also.
