Camshaft sensors
Is a camshaft sensors supposed to be
programmed before install? My car has the
same problem, it loses power a few minutes
into the drive even after replacing the part.

No, they do not have to be programmed. After the replacement you should cancel the code and see if it comes back. But if it still runs the poorly, then maybe that wasn't the problem. Or it might be a bad part, or maybe it wasn't installed to the right depth/clearance to the flywheel. Have the fault codes scanned again. Crankshaft position sensor is P0320. A camshaft position sensor can have similar symptoms, that will be a code P0340.
