Kia Sportage - 2020 - Dark Windshield at night

Asked by MaryAnn Apr 30, 2020 at 03:17 PM about the 2020 Kia Sportage SX Turbo AWD

Question type: General

When I drive at night in an area that does not have street lights, the top 3/4 of
my windshield is too dark to see out of.  As a result I have to scrunch down to
see out of the bottom 1/4  - very dangerous.

Hmmm, did you talk to the dealer? I'm surprised it is darker on the top by that much, usually there is a small band on the top to prevent glare.

Not a windshield problem. This is a misperception of the sharp cut off of the low beam lights.
