Lifters issues on Nissan Quest
I have a noise that clicks when I start my Nissan 2004 quest,it almost goes away right away but still it's concerning

Sounds like you have a lifter leaking down. Try using some SeaFoam in the engine. It might take more than one treatment to get the lifter to hold pressure. Its not a big concern having a lifter leak down, but its nice to get it fixed.
