Navigation Voice Guidance

Have a 2019 Nissan Leaf +. My voice guidance (for navigation) is ON
.... However, it does not always provide voice guidance. Sometimes,
only shows routing without voice guidance .... Only works
intermittently. Fix ?

Hmm mine is suddenly off permanently... I’ll be interested to hear if someone has a fix

Have the same problem, only way I managed to get it to work is to reset to factory settings which is very annoying

Ditto, 1 week old cannot get voice guidance to work. Had a loaner prior to getting this car and couldn't get it to go on that either. Just thought it was finger trouble but might be a model issue.

After complaining to Nissan repeatedly, they told me that they have a software update and after applying it the problem was fixed. Only thing though is that the S/W update seems to be going back a version as the S/W version after the update was lower! It is probably a rollback. Haven't noticed any other issues. Hopefully we will get a newer update soon!
