Not easy. The 3.5 is a V6 and the 2.5 is an I4. Possible, but lots of hassle with motor mounts and might even need fabrication for mounts, and surely unpredictable problems doing this swap
The suspension won't handle the added weight of the V6

If the suspension is different between the 2.5 & 3.5, better off just getting another car. You'd have more hassel than you want.
