Sensor problems

Asked by Ronnie Jan 23, 2018 at 01:38 PM about the 2003 Nissan Frontier 4 Dr SC Supercharged 4WD Crew Cab SB

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2003 Nissan Frontier will crank and run
fine while the engine is cold. After it warms
up, it skips and sputters until it will
eventually shut off. After it shuts off, it will
not restart until it gets cold again. There was
a code, PO505 that was on it, but I cleared it
and it hasn't came back up. Said idle air
control malfunction. But I'm unsure if it
could be some other issue. Any thoughts...
