Expected major repairs from 60K to 160K kms over 4 years

Any suggestions for what the typical major repairs are beyond usual
maintenance on a 2020 XC60-R? I’ve owned this car from new and had it
serviced as per the schedule. Just had the 64K service with front brake pads
and rotors replaced. I’m considering buying out the lease and trying to
determine if an extended warranty is worth buying if I expect to keep the car
for another 5 years. Mostly city driving. Any feedback is most appreciated.
