What might cause the "Service ESC" message to appear?

Service ESC came on out of the blue on a 2020 Chevy Equinox with 1300 miles this has the looks of a recall when they find out why this is happening....Drove home shut SUV off for 30 mins everything cleared itself but gave a feeling it’s going to happen again ..

Took it "out" of AWD...literally drove it 2 blocks, "Service ESC" went off. Now driving in AWD again, no problems so far....stay tuned : )
I pulled in to driveway at home after work today, sat idling for a few min, turned my 2020 equinox off and then it started singing at me...telling me to shift to park even when I was. I turned it back on and I had the service esc message, I would shift and it seemed to shift ok, but the lights on the side of the shifter weren’t lit to tell you which gear you were in. My engine would turn off when I pushed the button but my electronics all stayed on. I would hear a knocking noise here and there when the car was on sounding like it was trying to shift or something. Even my emergency break was making a noise engaging and disengaging. We called dealership and roadside assistance and had it towed, when I was on phone with roadside assistance the car wouldn’t even start, break got hard to push...the light on my push button would be green when I tried to start it, but engine didn’t even try to fire up, then I would push again and I could see the orange light on the push button, but again, this entire time electronics are all on and my car is incessantly ringing...I got it to start one more time to check something the roadside assistance guy asked but then it would not start again and when tow truck got there had to push it out of driveway to get it up on the truck. I’m so sad, I just want my new car back...it’s like my car just went haywire out of no where...
