Check fuel injector pressure regulator. It feeds the injectors
Actually the parts listing doesn't show a fuel pressure regulator for your car... that's nuts... The 3.5l has the regulator/damper system Here's something Page 212 of manual or page 38 of 480 http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/QX4/1999/EC.pdf
thank you for your answers.. but im still leaning towards the injectors leaking.. pressure holds fine from the fuel line feeding fuel back to the pump, but losses pressure from the fuel inlet to injectors. just want to know if this is a common problem on these cars. i have been with Acura for 11 years and have come across this only a hand full of times with the older Acuras. i know nissan has had injector issues in the past.
I'm pretty sure that .pdf has information on how to check injectors. It should point you in the right direction for problem solving. Good luck
Got the same car and problem spent over 1,000 on parts no fix take car to junk yard best solution
Same problem mine cranks fine but soon as it does I have to hold gas to floor for a second then it's fine if not it dies and it's really hard to start then
