heater not putting out any heat

Question type: General

So drove my car 50 miles back home after purchasing it. It was 80 degrees outside so I
turned on the air conditioning. When I arrived home I decided I better make sure that the
heater also worked. You guessed it, no heat. The blower is blowing out plenty of air but it
just does not get hot. Checked the anti freeze,  it was fine. Looked for any makes, none,
again. Can you give me some more suggestions to try to fix this problem?????!!

coleconnie18....If you just bought this used car, it should have at least a 30 day warranty (If you bought it from a Car Dealer). Why not just contact them, explain the problem and then take it back for them to fix? If this was a Private Party Sale, you basically bought as-is, where is (though this COULD apply to the Dealer as well).
