Low voltage batter drain

Asked by Guru98V96X May 07, 2022 at 09:43 PM about the 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid Titanium FWD

Question type: General

The low voltage battery in my 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid slowly discharges
when the ignition is off. When the voltage reached about 11.5 V, I get a
message saying that "the system is shut down to save the battery" and
"Please turn the ignition off or start the car". The ignition is off!!. On warm
days, the car will start but on a cold -20C day, I need to give it a boost. It has
been in the shop 4 times and the mechanic can find nothing wrong. Has any
one had this problem?
