2002 Nissan Pathfinder LE 4WD Evap system has two hoses going into this cylinder shaped part located next to the evap canister - driver's side rear. There is a 2-3 inch round pipe sticking out of the canister which I imagine is how vapors or air is released.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Evap system has two hoses going into this cylinder shaped part located next to the evap canister - driver's side rear. There is a 2-3 inch round pipe attached to the canister which I imagine is how vapors or air is released.

It is not attached to the canister.

There is no part number and the part cannot be found on any diagram for evap/emissions.
