What oil should I use for my 2002 Sentra with 68,000 miles?

if you are asking if you need to use a high milage syntaic oil, no, don't worry about that. you only need to use a full synt oil if you have a performance spot car, that uses a forced air induction system (ie turbo charger, or supper charger) or a high rev motor, like a Ford GT, Lambo, Zonda, Vet, or any car that would fall into that catagory. so just use regular (5w30 or 10w30 oil, or whetever the oil cap sais/ owners manual telly you)
