I test drove a 2020 Audi Q5 Premium Plus and was turned off by the *irritating
noise* it makes when in Reverse. Has anyone found a solution for this vehicle?

Did you try test driving another Q5 to confirm that the particular one you drove only had the issue? What did the salesmen say? I couldn't find others complaining or commenting on it. Have the service department check it over and fix it, if that is the one you wish to purchase.
