Front level kit for my truck

Park the truck on level ground. Measure the front and back to get an idea of how much you want to raise the front. Two inches is probably all you need.

Thanks that actually worked an 2" was perfect :0) now another question? What is the biggest rim I can put on my truck after the 2" lift? It has stock 17"rims right now

The issue is not the rim size but the tire size. You really don't want bigger than 18" wheels in a 4x4 because low profile tires mean bent rims when offroading.
Your stock size tire is 265/70/17 which is the same tire my Ford came with. I have stock ride height and run 285/70/17 which are close to 33". I think you should be able to run 33's without a problem.
