According to an article I'll post below, there were no 1970 COPO's. None of the COPO Chevelles built were Super Sport models, they were all built from base coupes with the $860 COPO option package and had the 427ci engine.

In 1969 GM banned engines over 400ci in mid size sedans for COPO was a way to get around this to use the 427ci. in 1970 the ban was lifted.
I already answered your question the COPO Chevelles were 1969. There were no aluminium 402's. There was a 427 with aluminum heads and I think there may have been a racing 427 in the Vette that was all aluminum.
Your HP number is also bogus. The only 450 hp engine I know of was the LS6 454.
