Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just was ready to put the final nuts in it and start it up but I have two parts and one final connection that I can't figure out. One is a single ground wire and the other is a wedge shaped piece of metal.

And there is a single wire near the main connections that I can't tell where it connects.

Can anyone help me.

I got lucky. Only one cell of the 34 was bad. $45
