Question type: General

I have my Android phone Connected to the
Car and it is set to Answer the Phone
Automatically while connected to Bluetooth
or a Headset. Yet every call I Receive is
received in Privacy Mode until I manually
touch the screen or the Phone Icon on the
Steering wheel at which time it can be heard
over the Cars Speakers. How can I set it to
answer over the Cars Speakers and not in
Privacy Mode?

There's a setting to turn off (or on) privacy mode full time. Don't recall where exactly, but I found it when I wanted to do the same thing. Just poke around in the settings.

Tony thank you for the answer. I think I figured out why Hyundai set it up this way. Suppose two people are in the car talking about a 3rd person who is not in the car and they are saying something they do not want this 3rd person to know about, such as a surprise birthday party for this 3rd person. Just by coincidence, this 3rd person happens to call the driver of the car and the call automatically goes into Privacy Mode. The 3rd person they are talking about CANNOT HEAR them until the driver presses the Call Button on the Steering Wheel. So this can be a Good Feature under these circumstances. The only drawback is you need to glance at the screen to see that a call has come thru and is in Privacy Mode or you need to listen closely to hear that person yelling HELLO, HELLO, HELLO at which point you can press the Call Button on the Steering Wheel to accept the call. Of Course, it could also be a Robo-Call and you can push the hang-up Button on the wheel to get rid of them or just let them YAK until they get tired and hang up.
