I was driving home my 1999 Nissan Frontier quit
took the distributor cap off tried to start and the
rotor doesn’t turn??? What could it be my problem?

If the timing chain/belt broke that may be the cause however Some older motors ran the oil pump off the same gear as the distributor via a hex shaft.and in really cold weather the oil could become so thick that it striped the Hex shaft The shaft looks like an allen wrench with no bend
