99 Nissan Maxima turns over but Won't Start !!! Please help

First you need to determine if you have spark, and if so then check for the proper fuel pressure. Then you can figure out where to go from there.

I have taken the starter to autozone they said it's good the battery is new. The right side of the fuse box under the hood doesn't get power and some of the slots in the fuse box under the steering column also. How can I see about the spark? Thank you

Spark to the spark plugs, you can pull a spark plug wire and put a spark plug in the wire, put the plug on a ground, something metal, have someone turn the car over an see if you have spark at the spark plug.

When I try and start the gar you can hear the starter turning and it's like about to start I step on the pedal but it just doesn't get there
