Asked by DL57 Sep 09, 2020 at 04:28 PM about the 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Hardtop Sport Sedan RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My tank leaks (runs out) right where the filler tube
enters the tank.  What is supposed to be there to

The gasket has probably failed. On a car as old as yours, it doesn't surprise me. Any decent garage will be able to fix you up in no time.
