Replaced my thermostat. But it overheats. Heater does not blow warm air until temperature gets very hot. Hose from thermostat gets hot but bottom hose on radiator is cold. Overflow tank fills up.

You need to purge the air from the cooling system by leaving the radiator cap off and running it until warmed up and refilling the radiator as necessary during this process. Coolant may be pushed out of the radiator until the thermostat opens up, but that is just the air pockets coming out. Refill as necessary.
The bottom hose don't get hot but has good heat in car top hose is hot know water in the filler tank

You may have put the thermostat in backwards. This is the only car I have ever seen where the long coil side of the thermostat goes into the outer housing and NOT towards the block. It will fit both ways but it will not work right unless it is the right way around.
