I highly doubt it. Do you have the VIN number?
Start with the VIN and see if your DMV can provide any history. Maybe even Carfax can provide detail but I doubt it for a 68 year old car.
Without a VIN you probably would not know your own car even if you saw it in person.
You can't carfax any vehicle made before 1981. State Motor Vehicle Agencies only keep vehicle information on file for 5 to 7 years after the last time the vehicle was registered. Most likely your Parents sold the vehicle while you were in Vietnam! The only way to find out what happened to it is to start with the person who bought the vehicle in 1967. You can also check local junkyards for any 62 Impalas that they still have that have been there for a while. But that would be like looking for a needle in a haystack! If you have the VIN you can do a Google search on the VIN. If the vehicle survived into the internet age something might pop! Hope that helps and good luck in your search!! Jim
53 years leaves a very cold trail. The best you could do is buy one exactly like it.
