After a minute of starting

1995 Nissan Altima. New fuel filter, new ignition tune-up kit. Lately, soon after
starting the engine, about a minute or so, engine completely shuts down. Most
times, doesn't restart right away.

Almost sounds like an ignition control module. Engine heat will affect them when they start to go bad. You can take it out and have it tested at an auto parts store.
