On first start of the day (cold start) I get a fuel odor in vehicle, It seems to ruch as sometimes blak smoke will come out the exhust pipe. After about 5 min all is clear. vehicle runs even while all this happens.

Check the fuel pressure regulator for the gas leak/smell. It could be sucking gas up the hose and making the fuel mixture too rich. --- Black smoke on start up is a sign of worn valve guides. Oil drips down the valves when the engine is off and it burns at start up.
