Tires for Toyota Hybrid

Have 2020 Hybrid Toyota Rav4, tires already need replacing at 35K?  Is this
normal?  Best tires to replace with.

Are the fronts worn evenly ? Have they been rotated , From what I know winter tires are softer than summer , Two years out of a set of tires doesn't sound unreasonable to me .

I have rotated on every oil change and got oil changed on schedule. Not a crazy driver. These were Yokohama Tires, came with new car. Just frustrating poor performance.
