I have a 1996 Ford explorer and the when I turn the heat on it blows cold air

The blend door actuator under dash on heater box,it,s not flipping over to heat.

It is located on top of the blower box,it can been gotten at throgh the glove box,you will have to drop it down ,by pushing the side,s in on it,it will be on the top right in front of you,You may have to remove the actuator motor to move the blend door,then take a quarter inch rachet to move it,by turning it.There are youtube video,s on how to do this.
