Honda HRV Alignment Service Mistake?
Hi there -
I took my car to get serviced at the dealership since the steering wheel felt
slightly off. After getting the alignment "fixed," it feels substaintilly off. The car
pulls to the left and I have to hold the steering wheel significantly to the right in
order to drive straight.
Upon looking at the alignment report they provided, they used an alignment
guide for 2016-2018 HRVs, yet I have a 2020. Did they cause irreversible
damage or is this something they can fix with addressing alignment with the
right setting? I've driven about 150 miles on it since the faulty service was
performed.
Also, there are red marks on the alignment report. Did they even perform it
correctly for the wrong year used?!
Thank you so much for the help!
