What is the PIN # or where can I acquire the 4 digit PIN # to enter in the
commercial settings dash settings to turn off the backup alarm? The RAM
service department provided a "key code PIN" which did not work. The
commercial settings turn off backup alarm setting responded "INVALID PIN"
upon entering the PIN number provided by the service department.

Not to be a kill joy but if the worst happens and you back over someone your insurance company will not treat you kindly and the victims lawyer will make you wish you were never born.

I agree insurance companies look for any loophole not to payout claims. However, the backup alarm was an optional feature I ordered under the assumption it had a control switch. My insurance company isn't even aware the truck is equipped with the backup alarm and the truck is not being used for commercial purposes. I'm still seeking any advice or instructions as to the required 4 digit PIN # and how to acquire it.

Since this is a brand new vehicle you should have gotten the PIN when you bought the vehicle. But obviously you didn't. Try Dodge Customer Service at 1 800 423 6343. Hope that helps! Jim
The default pin is 0000 or 1234 in my experience. From there you can set a new pin. I work at a RAM dealer
