96 ford explorer front drivers window wont work. works some times one the other windows. Is it a master switch problem?

Driver side window wont work 96 for explorer

it could be the master switch it also could be the wires that go threw the body and into the door there is a rubber boot move it around a little see if that makes it work if so your wire is cut you would have to pull a new wire

Could be the switch, since it is the drivers side door suspect the window motor to be at fault. Have changed a lot of them. To check, get the window up enough so you can grasp it on each side with the palms of your hand. While pulling up on the window have someone press the button. If you can feel the motor engaging and trying to work it is the motor for sure.
