Sounds like battery is dead just clicks

Well you're probably right, dead battery. Get it jumped or plug it into a charger.
It all it does is "click" when key is turned to start, then the problem is in the starting circuit. Problem still may lie with the battery, a battery can hold a full charge even with a dead cell. A dead cell will keep a battery from generating enough cranking amps to crank the starter. I would check all the connections, make sure battery cables are on tight and not corroded. If they're corroded clean them with baking soda and retighten. You should still try to jump the car, if it starts then, you'll know your battery is junk. (Or pull battery out and have it LOAD tested.) If that doesn't work, then start looking at starter circuit, a "voltage drop test" to the starter will tell you if it's getting proper voltage as needed. (Google that term for a how to.)
