Probably your fuel regulator, I have a 2003 Alero, 6 cylinder and one day I drove home and parked it. The next morning it cranked but would not start. All electrical worked and no codes on my odbII. I found the seal on the fuel regulator had gone bad and the internal diaphram could not open the gas for the fuel injector gas train. I removed the fuel regulator and then turned the ignition to the on position and saw the fuel spray from the gas line I had removed from the regulator. This proved that my fuel pump and filter we're working great. I replaced the fuel regulator rear of the intake and have had no problems since. The regulator was pulling air and the diaphram could not raise to adjust the fuel to injector rail. Cost me $60 to fix
