Did the 1999 Oldsmobile Intrigue Gl come with a stock pre amp?  Having trouble finding info.  Car is fully loaded

I hear that the Bose sound system does and that you will blow it if you try to upgrade your system. The whole thing must be replaced with aftermarket equiptment. I have no idea where it is though because mine doesn't have the Bose system.
