How can I line the belt on a 98 old mobile shuellette

What pulley is off? All the pulleys are designed to run together in the same plane. There is no adjustments. But there could be something wrong.

Yes that belt not lineup that main pulley it look like it come off about 1quarter the belt look it coming out on the adjust arm

The adjustment arm? The belt tensioner? The two half's could be separating, worn, they are easy to take off and inspect. The seam between the two half's should be together and even, take it to a parts store and you can compare it to a new one. Check the single pulleys, idler pulleys, they wear also.
