I have gone through 3 gear boxes on my 2000 7.3. What can I do?

WOW! Did you get the ECU reprogrammed to 1000 HP? Those things are bullet proof. Are you pulling a over weight trailer? BTW standard or Auto?

If it's an automatic get the Ford 6.0 diesel automatic transmission cooler. That's going to reduce the heat in the fluid big time.

Bro I been getting my gear box from mom and pop's shop so no..lol all they tell me is that I have a big life n to big of tiers. I have 355-65r18.

Now there telling me not to get a rebuilt gear box but to get a new gear box.

Yeah, a Toyota's diesel engine is so much better than a Ford 7.3 ....... Oh wait, Toyota doesn't offer a diesel in the US.

There's a after market steering gear box that replaces the OEM. I think its called "Red Head" log onto the site I gave you and check it out.
