2000 (8/99) Ford E250 5.4 van AIT sensor
Where is the AIT sensor,it is not on my black air duct tube going to the throttle cable/cover area or on the air filter housing,cant find it anywahere

Answer to my own question.According to the 4 Ford dealers in my general area the AIT is/was on the air duct going up to the throttle area.When I took the van by a dealer he could not locate the AIT.Finally gave up and took my van to my local dealer who also said the AIT should be on the air duct.Left the van there and they found that my van has the AIT and the MAF made together in the air filter housing.
