van has loss of power and pulses when it idles... have changed fuel filter and o2 sensors.. i checked for vacum leaks and couldnt find one this is the 4.2 v6

replaced fuel pump,by pass valve on the front of intake plenom, new plugs,wires,cap&rotor,found one acum leak/repaired,new pvc valve,cleaned intake plenom with carb cleaner. it cranks up from cold idl...

It won't start without ether. It will then start , but run rough, stumble on acceleration, back fire . Then it reaches operating temp. and like a switch was flipped, it runs fine!
