The runs ok. Sometime idles ruff briefly at time, but other than that no major driving problems. What do these codes mean and and what might the problem be ?

both codes refer to oxygen sensor problems p01132 indicated bank 1 heating issue with an oxygen sensor. p0133 indicates a slow switching problem - meaning you probably have a bad o2 sensor. If your scan tool allows you to monitor the sensors i would suggest doing so, starting with the engine dead cold and watch them as it heats up. o2 sensors normally will "swing" from rich to lean by voltage, and you seem to have one that is either not switching, or lazy. remember, bank 1 is actually on our passenger side of the van.
