I just Bought a E 150 Van and the turn signals and Flashers dont work is that a fuse?

I dont have an Owners Manual  so I dont even know where the fuse box is maybe you can
help me?

I have a 2003 E-150 have you checked the bulbs

I can't scale it up it looses all focus but the red X is the flasher breaker and the fuse is #5 in red
