how do i flush the radiator on my '02 IS 300

The easiest way is to simply disconnect the hoses (be sure to catch ALL the old coolant) and run a hose at the top neck until the water runs clear out of the bottom neck. It may not be what your shop would do, but I learned it from a ASE Master Technician.
