Anybody interested is taking over 2016 LEXUS IS 200t lease or buying? No down payment and the car only has 2,500 miles

Heading to grad school in January and need to either pass this lease over or
sell ASAP. This car is LIKE NEW. Only  2,500 miles

I have it posted on Lease-swap but have gotten no hits. I think there are just too many lease options to choose from. Thanks for the feedback tho!
